Picking colours tomorrow

Hi guys building my first house with Dennis Family Homes (Harvard27) and are booked in for a colour selction tomorrow.

Think ive done enough reseach looking at display after display, was just wondering what to expect at these meetings?

Also if anyone here has built with DFH before how was the experience at colour selection/building process ?

Any tips suggestion would be great thanks guys

I don’t know anything about the building comp you are with.
But here’s my advice for your colour selections.

Go prepared! Have everything worked out so all you have to do it tick the boxes. Otherwise, if the colour consultant is on the ball, she will run other suggestions and ideas past you. This could get confusing, so be sure what you have picked NOW, is what you will be staying with.

Be confident in your chosen selections.
