Has anyone built with Summit homes in Perth?

We had the same impression initially and went for it. We are still at the final contract stage after 6 months! It's really a draw of luck. The experiance we have is nighmarish, this lady who handles our contract screwed up so much that we lost total faith and trust to Summit. Thanks to the advise of the Sales Consultant, we had our house demolished earlier for the housse building, to our dismay the delay had cause us dearly, lost of income on rental etc. When concerns are raised to the management, they don't even bother to reply. To rub salt to the wound, they have the chic to slap a price increase on us, blaming us causing the delay. They refuse to barge even an inch when appeal. It's outrages. This builder would be your worse night mare!!!
