Has anyone been through this experience recently? We have taken into consideration that due to xmas it make take a bit longer. We expect 2 months but would love to hear your comments on this. But that wasn't at Christmas time...
And it depends on how many 'extra's' you have. We had a 'build over/near storm water' + zero side boundary relaxation + front setback <6metres all as extra approvals that had to be done. So 4 weeks was pretty good.
