Or more specifically, "one that knows the limitations of wording in a tender document and the impact that verbal agreements have over that written document." It seems that the building industry doesnt get taken to court very often, as there arent any responses to this thread. Maybe this explains why builders take such chances with build quality and customer service. There doesnt seem to be any repercussion for unscrupulous behavior. Food for thought i suppose.
