If you want the big house AND you can afford it without losing sleep at night worrying about the repayments, then like Nike says, Just Do It! Life is short and worrying about what others think of us is just pointless. Jealousy is the problem. Friends should admire and applaude your choices. Just because we don't want something for ourselves, it doesn't mean we should judge others choices. PS if want to see one very big, very beautiful home then have a look at the one that Rikster built.
