when chatted, my friend and I found PD usually have got a faster pace of building. Since my friend is building in a new subdivision in Crigeburn, she found it quite interesting that several houses already "stood out" among the vacant lands in early stage. Those are PDs.
she said those lands' subdivision and title release probably are at the same time ( the PDs are just next to her land). That made me quite interested to know the flow/schedule of PD, how could they be so FAst? ( within 4 months of title release, passed thro' developer's, council's approval and already built to wk5/6 !
From their beautiful brochure, I couldn't find the exact inclusions ( ie the electrical, paint..) Did they include that or like every PDers mentioned, they needed to estimate several thousands ( extra) on electricals when selection comes? Or they in fact done many steps before title release?
