We are careful to only state facts and backed with photos. To give compliments when it is due. To highlight mistakes when we see them.
I did not really expect that they would have the time to follow our blog (our builder anyway). Well, I was wrong, they actually read it! I guess there are not many of us (building with them) that is writing a blog. Becareful what you write in your blog! We had a lot of good things to say about him and the build, and as a result he went the extra mile to look after us. He was happy, his boss was happy and we were happy.
We get hundreds of people coming to our blog searching for Urbanedge, and I've had plenty of comments from people who have read it that were looking at Urbanedge. So it was definitely in their interest to keep us happy. We didn't need to post threats or anything... they saw it as a good opportunity to get some free positive press, and I was happy for them to use it for that Everyone wins! Be careful nothing! I made sure my builder knew about my blog all the way through! I wish I was able to be more praising during my build but I wasn't given any reason...
