Most likely you will need a carpenter, plasterer and painter (unless you want to paint yourself). A carpenter will be a days work to cut out the doorway and frame it up including cutting in a lintel, installing the door frame and hanging the door. Then put on architraves, skirting's and fitting a handle and dead lock (if required). A plasterer would be only a few hours work and once its dry you can sand it yourself. A rough price im guessing would be Carpenter $300 - $350 Plasterer $100 Materials $100-$200 depending on the door handle/lock you choose. I hope that gives you some indication of what is involved.
