We’re in the northern beaches and will need to go through DA. Also considered Hall & Hart but I think they’re out of our budget unfortunately. Does anyone have any feedback on the 2 builders, who would you choose? 😃 will do an exclusive one for Simeon.. COVID back at home.. kept it simple & we moved in.. & yesterday was the first day at our new home..
