Rear-facing living areas in volume building plans

A little bigger than we can probably afford but it's great to finally see a plan with ALL living areas across the back! Thanks!

Wouldn't write some of these plans off as being larger than you can afford, pricing per square metre varies a great deal depending on the builder and their inclusion lists.
I forgot about the Carlisle Madison...

Just an FYI regarding Carlisle Homes - they will change plans, as long as it doesn't involve changing any plumbing.
Heh, who would have thought plumbing would be the limiting factor.

Thanks for the tip on Carlisle. The Bradford 22 is closer to what we want in size, still has rear-facing living areas but is smaller. Replace alfresco with 4th bedroom but swap its position with the kitchen and it would be great .... but the missus doesn't agree and can't say why

Hello
We are building the 'Oxford' with Rendition. We wanted the back of our house to be all open plan living and we too found this floor plan hard to find. Hope this helps.
