Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 04, 2024 5:04 am Hi there There’s no trade shortage however my builder wishes to plaster before the brick starts. There are tears in the building wrap, an with all the rain we have had (VIC) there’s spots around the house where the frame is wet an water seeps through Rough ins are being done this week, plaster to start in 2 weeks I am concerned the insulation and plaster would get wet which down the line cause issue. Should I be telling them to pause plaster until bricks completed ? Thank you Re: Reverse build- plaster before brick 2Dec 04, 2024 1:39 pm At first glance, it sounds like poor workmanship to me.
