I got up early to do some work and ended up on a projexel deep dive.

So here's what I found:

1. Started 2019
2. Early on they did most of their work on the north shore and inner west, so everything from Strathfield to Hornsby and then out to Ashfield.
3. Seem to have pivoted to doing most of their latest builds out at Austral ( they must have some house and land packages out there) and then in the northwest like denistone etc.

Can't find anything bad about them.

Might be worthwhile asking them if you can have a look at a few of their builds ( I can give you some addresses if you want to do a driveby to look at their work)

Just curious as to how you heard about them and what attracted you too them? As a small business owner I am interested in these things
