2025 Rebuild Ideas for North-Facing Block with Wide Frontage Tapering to Rear

Hi there,

I'm new to this site and planning a knock-down rebuild in 2025 in Baulkham Hills, Sydney.

I'm searching for the perfect two-story, five-bedroom floor plan for my block and would appreciate any suggestions.

The block is north-facing at the rear, with a wide frontage of approximately 26 meters, tapering to about 13 meters at the back.

My goal is to maximize the all-day northern sunlight and incorporate striking void features at both the front and rear for that "wow" factor. I'd also like to capture the western sunset in the design.
