Just looking for some advice on electrical standards/qbcc std for running electrical wires undercroft. We are building a house on stumps on upward sloping block which means we have lot of space under the house which we can use for storing things.
We asked our builder to provide us the light points for which his electrician has run the cables undercroft under subfloor using cable clips. Is it safe to run wires /cables in an undercroft area or should they be enclosed in conduits or in pipes?
We raised this concern with builder & he said work is done as per electrical standards & nothing to worry about.
Are there any QBCC standards for running such cables.
