Frame overhangs are not to be ignored but the fixes are simple, I don't know why your builder just doesn't do the work. So if I was in your shoes, I would get my own engineer to inspect and get a second opinion, and then you have two choices: 1. Get your lawyer to fight like hell to get the work fixed 2.
