Regarding adding Garden bed in backyard backside, the backside neighbour project builder added the fence without sleeper.
Landscape guy suggested below two options in order to create garden bed close to backside fence:
1) Remove back fence and add 2 sleeper under and reinstall fence
2) Without removing back fence, Just add 2 sleepers in front of back fence
If I go with Option 2- council may object to have garden bed bec of fence height (without sleepers in fence bottom)
i want to go with option 2 as it does not need to rework on fencing. its blacktown council. anyone did as per option2
