Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 05, 2024 2:42 am Hey guys, I’m building in the northern suburb Donnybrook and I’ve received a quote from the builder regarding the fixed site costs. I’ve also got my soil test report done. Could anyone help me review the quotation to ensure it’s reasonable and that there won’t be any surprises later on? Thanks in advance! , Provide fixed site cost up to "P" class as per the developers engineering (calculated highest & lowest level) on the fall of 1000mm over the complete lot. This includes Level 1 compaction base as provided by the developer Including: 1) Service Installations 2) Rock Excavation including Hammer and Removal up to 30 cubic meters if required 3) Aggi Drain 4) Edge beams up to 500mm deep including slab depth or Bored piers 1.2M deep up to 60 numbers (if required) 5) Up to 25 MPA slab 6) Up to 92mm Mesh 7) Termite Protection (if required) Up to 410mm Overall Slab Depth 9) Slab Upgrades (Extra Reinforcement & Re-Entrant Corners & Cut-Outs Garage Concrete Wall Note: No credit applies to above inclusion if above items are not required as per final engineering. Site cost is prepared on bases of initial lot engineering provided by developer and based on the assumption that Level 1 Compaction is done for any fill placed on the site and a compaction certificate will be provided as per our engineer's requirement additional charges may include due to P class soil conditions as per soil report, engineer's rejection, Thank you so much everyone.
