New build ceiling suggestions

We're building a new home in Perth and looking for some suggestions on ceiling heights if anyone had it before or someone who is experienced in building may shed some light.

Is it better to have whole of the house as 31c including garage, alfresco and portico to allow 28c doors and 28c windows to living/dining. Living/dining recessed to 33c, extra cost.

33c to entry, living/dining,alfresco and all other areas as 30c. With this the inside doors will remain at 25c and main entry door at 27c. Allows 30c windows to living/dining. No extra cost.

I personally feel that Option1 looks tempting with high door sizes as seen in display homes. Option2 allows more northern light at 30c windows.

Suggestions pls, which one do you go with and why...TIA :-)

My ceilings are 2.7m high, and they adjusted our door heights to suit. Im quite tall and i find 2.7m high to be good, but if i could choose again, id go 3m which i believe is 33c.

Option 1 if i had to choose out of the two, im into the modern vibe, so i like the display homes look.
