Hi all
We are at the framing stage of our new build and when the trusses were installed last week we noticed that the areas that we have skylights with voids are all wrong (the kitchen, ensuite and bathroom). In the bathrooms there were even beams going straight across where the skylight goes.
We called our SS and sure enough they are wrong. He is saying the roof can still go on while they need to figure out how to rework the trusses to get the voids fixed.
My questions are:
- how can this happen when the voids are clearly on the plan?
- should the roof still go on before this is fixed?
- anything I should be aware of for this ‘fix’ they will do?
Thanks for your time 🙏
