Hi all, new to this group. Been watching the site for a while to get an idea of comments and help from everyone.
Whilst our questions below are Plainland QLD specific, we are interested in any comments others have regarding their experienced with Hallmark.
Has anyone built out at Plainland, Queensland (down the road from Toowoomba) with Hallmark Homes?
How did you find the process and was it built in or close to predicted timeframes?
Was the cost of the completed house along the lines of the price list they hand out at the Display home or the quoted amount if you asked for variations?
Did you take the Harmony option (comes with house) or the Inspire package (another $45,000 approx more)? And was it worth it for the Inspired?
If there were hiccups during the process, how was their attitude to resolution?
Are you happy with the build that you would engage again in the future?
