Upstairs floor plan review and suggestions welcome

Hi there,

I am after some feedback or suggestions on the following 2 options for my upstairs layout. There are things I like and dislike about both and things that I'd like to achieve

Option 1:
I'd like the toilet in the ensuite to have a window

Option 2:
I like that the plumbing is all on one side which is great. I dislike that the ensuite door is at the foot of the bed, it puts a break in the wall and no where to put a TV in that room

I'm open to a complete redesign of this space, all suggestions welcome

Option 1 and flip shower and toilet is an option, but then you would need to have a exhaust fan in there that runs on a 10-minute turn off timer.

How about something like this? You'll end up with a larger bedroom, and the main bathroom now opens straight across from the linen closet. The bath is no longer crammed between the walls and shower. But to make it work comfortably you'll need to take a tiny bit of space from your hallway. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅

it's difficult to make suggestions without accurate information as there are some inconsistencies in the dimensions as the length of the bedrooms is not equal to the combination of powder, bathroom and stairs and/or the "notch" next to the stairs is not as shown and is the available space for the master suite 4m or 4.5m wide..and how does the window seat fit within the downstairs floorplans... please confirm dimensions
