Hi All
Our house is nearly done (after 2.5 long years so YAY). We are now in the process of getting all of the landscaping done so we can get the Occupation Certificate. One question I had was around any issues identified in the dilapidation report. Do I need to have these remediated prior to the certifier issuing the OC, or can I do these after.

As long as we are able to live in the house post handover then apply for the OC.
