Flooring Installer Sydney - Engineered, Hybrid & Carpet

One of my pet peeves about the construction industry is the quality of flooring installers as generally they are unlicensed and unregulated.

In 2009 the industry was deregulated and licensing was no longer mandatory. Therefore if you head to your local flooring shop it is a complete lottery as to whether you will get someone who knows what they are doing or is a complete cowboy.

There are several scams that are common, the first is selling you more flooring than you need and the second one is telling you that most of your floor needs levelling and then charging an insanely high price for that.

I have been searching for years for a really high quality flooring company, and I believe I have found one that I can actually recommend.

Hi name is Anthony Casale from flooring xtra PH 0423 663 887.

All his workers do 4 year apprenticeships, he comes to site with all of his samples and his head installer to work through every detail of the installation to make sure that they get it right before selling you products, and the quality of his work is simply outstanding.

He works all over Sydney and honestly his prices are very competitive.

I don't often recommend trades publicly to people on this forum, but I was watching him on a job site yesterday which has a very complicated floor, and he and his head installer Dean spent around 2 hours planning and measuring every detail to make sure they had it right before coming to install next week. I have never seen anyone else with this attention to detail so I asked if he would mind me sharing his number.
