Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 29, 2024 8:26 pm Approaching the framing stage of our build. Went for a sticky beak today to find the timber a bit of a dog's breakfast... some long lengths sitting on top of shorter ones creating a bow... some of the timber under chocks but others not and sitting in puddles of water or in the mud... a stack of chipboard chucked on top of various heights of other timber, causing it to be warped. The fact it's been raining a fair bit all week worries me that these twists/bends/bows/warps will be irreversible. Should I raise my concern with the builder or is this common practice? Thanks for any help.
