Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 19, 2024 7:25 pm Hi Everyone! Does the builder have to provide evidence when submitting a variation notice? The builder is charging me an extra $16k for a site cut, but they are not showing me the invoice. Doesn't that mean the builder could just make up a random number and charge me?
