Mid Range Custom Builder Perth

Hey everyone, my partner and I have secured a block of land and are looking to engage a custom builder in Perth. (our block likely requires a custom builder as many of the project builders we have spoken to have let us know it is not within their scope of work).

I'm a little at a loss when it comes to finding the right builder as most of the custom builders market themselves as "luxury". Unfortunately my partner and I are not working with a "luxury" budget (looking at around 700-750k max for the build) so I was hoping to see if anyone had any recommendations for builders who can do a custom design without the "luxury" finishes.

So far we are considering Chross Homes, NuLook Homes and possibly Novus, but if anyone has built with any builders they can recommend I'd love to hear your opinions.
