Independent inspector has completed PCI and came up with 2 defects on the report in relation to the brickwork highlighted below: 1. The brickwork has plenty of mortar voids, cracks and smears. Builder claims these are all fixed now - just all patched up and that doesn't look great either. Bricks have also been washed and ready for handover. 2. There are also bricks out of alignment which have not been addressed yet and was deemed a minor issue. So the mortar/brick laying in the first place is very poor workmanship. Is this acceptable?
