The block size is 630 Sq Mtrs (land settlement is due in 6 months). This is purely an investment property and I am planning to build a good quality 50-55 Squares house and sell it off. My priorities are: 1. End to End Project Completion 20 - 22 months (8 pre construction +12 construction) 2. No delays to start construction 3. Good quality finish home 4. Better interior colour pallets (Great team of interior designers) I would appreciate if you could share some insights on builder selection. My budget is between 1.1M to 1.2M + landscaping + pool (not 100% sure). I am tossing up between CG vs TA vs Glenvill vs Metricon. This is my first building experience and I would highly appreciate your thoughts on do’s/dont’s, must have’s, etc. Thanks in advance. From my recent experience in NSW, from the date of signing contract to near handover it has been nearly 2.5 years. The build itself was about 1.5 years. We had a number of turn over of site managers and staff, when that happens all the previous handover of works needed to be done is lost.
