Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 30, 2024 6:19 pm Hi Everyone, I need some urgent advice. Originally, my tender plans included a basement with the lowest level at 591.550. To get approvals, I had to lower it to 591.000 (a 550mm reduction). Now, the builders are saying that we need pumps to move the sewage and stormwater up to the manholes/ties. Does this sound correct, or should I be concerned? Additionally, the hydraulic plans provided by the builder indicate that around 35m of pipes are required from the basement to the sewage/stormwater connection. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Sewage and Stormwater Pumps 2May 31, 2024 1:18 am Without the plans, it doesn't mean much.
