Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Roof Colour - Northern Beaches Council 2May 30, 2024 3:19 pm blueman Hi, We are almost at the stage of submitting our application for DA but before we do, i am reaching out to see if anyone has recently gone through the process. My question relates to the roof colour, our builder mentioned that the Northern Beaches Council has only permitted the use of 'Dune' colour for the roof. I called them up to confirm but they didn't provide me with any certainty, only mentioned that it can be light to medium darkness. Seeking if this is true and also are there any homes around the local council that has a colourbond roof that is Dune in colour. Photos and samples doesn't really speak volume to us. thank you We had a DA approved last year and here is the condition that was imposed by Northern Beaches council: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Architectural Homes & Duplexes - specialising in custom designing homes to your budget Get a Free Onsite Consultation Today or send a PM for information, questions or advice. 6 19960 Hello everyone, new to the forum here.
