Is this acceptable in façade? Capping used under JH Cladding in Façade
Builder told they finished the rendering part first before installing this JH cladding.
Now they installed this JH Cladding but I can see capping added below which does not looks good.

The builder probably had every intention to paint it and not leave it black.
