Capping used under JH Cladding in Façade

Is this acceptable in façade? Capping used under JH Cladding in Façade
Builder told they finished the rendering part first before installing this JH cladding.
Now they installed this JH Cladding but I can see capping added below which does not looks good.

Just paint the flashing the same colour as the render.
You definitely need the flashing under the cladding it just doesn't need to be that colour

James Hardies specifies a minimum clearence to botto of cladding, this seems not to adhere to this requirement

It's only 6mm required. The picture isn't particularly clear but I think you can just make out a gap from the bottom of the sheet to the flashing

Same paint they paint the axon cladding with. Just a regular external water based paint

this black capping part is wrapped on top of my hebel wall which will be painted in lexicon quater white. so for seamless look i want to remove this black color and match with hebel paint color lexicon quater white. bec its metal do i need to ask for metal paint specfic to this capping

No. The same paint that they paint the wall with will be fine. The builder probably had every intention to paint it and not leave it black.
