We are currently at interior fit out stage and the builder has sent Extension Of Time (EOT) with the last letter mentioning the EOT is on 23rd May 2024. If anyone can advise their own experience and if they mail is suffice to builder or a proper letter attached to the email attention to the builder is a way to go?
