Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 04, 2024 8:33 am Hello Homeoners, working with Montgomery to build a Carolina 286. It's been a difficult process, not with Montgomery but with other issues out of our control (easement issue). Hoping no one has to deal with Ausgrid long story and I will spare you the gory details here. I am wondering who else is going with Montgomery to build a Carolina, clearly a popular design I am up to the Selections process with THYNK and Kitchen Connections. How are you travelling in your process. Cheers Shellbelle Re: Montgomery Carolina in 2024 2May 20, 2024 9:17 pm We are just signing up with Montgomery homes for another Carolina. Glad to see more people like the same design... Re: Montgomery Carolina in 2024 3May 23, 2024 1:12 pm I love the Carolina but Montgomery wouldnt build on our site. We have a completed Carolina a couple of streets away and drive by a mid build Carolina a couple of times per week, sadly this build is very slow, specifically because of its access/street (our site access is much easier and they knocked us back, their site is a nightmare just to drive by and Montgomery accepted). Its a beautiful design - good luck with your build Tradie may sit at home but will need to get house plastered as well or will you sit it out? 6 12336 I engaged my builder in December last year and we’ve been working on preliminary drawings for last couple of months. I got a call from the salesperson this morning… 0 3128 9 7757 |
