This is our second home build and first time with a custom builder. They are small builder and have built some houses with good quality. They tender and color selection with different providers were smooth. License checked and it is current. Overall they look very genuine and nice.
But in the contract they have got a different builder name, we raised the concern and they informed us that it is joint account etc.
we checked most of the ppl, nobody has got this issue.
Is this common practice? This means permit and insurance in the new name. Warranty as well.
Please advice.
