Hi All
Hoping someone can help me with this worry.
I'm in the process of an new build, and unable to remove any of the trees in my neighbors lot (due to heritage listing).
Right on the fence line, biggest & worst tree is an Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweet Gum) over 20M tall.
Due to this, I even had to import fill for the build. since unable to cut in the TPZ/RPZ.
My question is whats the best type of slab or any precautions required for the slab, in the event of that tree dying/removed.
Will the roots cause and damages thought out the slabs lifespan?
TIA.
