Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 23, 2024 11:53 am I engaged my builder in December last year and we’ve been working on preliminary drawings for last couple of months. I got a call from the salesperson this morning advising we need to have HIA signed before 1st May to avoid having to comply with new regulations, which will mean more costs and design changes. Is this true? We are 99% on the preliminary drawings and still have done any interiors. Are there any risks in signing HIA when we still have many unknowns- eg council approval etc If this is answered in another thread, please let me know. thanks guys! yes this is how I've exactly raised it with the builder. still awaiting response. 12 7323 Whats in the gap between the fence and the concrete?
