AllCastle Homes has anyone built in 2023

Hi we are looking to talk to people who have built with them recently.

We have signed mid range built contract but identified that a lot of things are not included.

(Electrical Lights, dishwasher plumbing, granny flat flooring , stairs to the main entrances and alfresco, tiles on a ground floor to the guest bed and TV room, window flyscreens, blinds, gas connection point into the house for gas heater.

I don’t know even what is exactly included in Basix7,? Checking online insulation levels were suppose to be included. now they asking that our home did not qualify for BASIX we need further upgrades for thicker and extra insulation, solar, fans.

The selection of internal inclusions are also one choice (doors, kitchen sink, mixer, toilet bathtub, shower).

After our first internal Appoitment I asked them if we can check what tiles are included to ensure it is matched with the kitchen? Advised tile Appointment arranged after the build start.
