We are getting a tender from Eden Brae Homes for a Savoy 24.The floor plan is getting changed in two splits to cater for 1.8 m rise in the plot of land. They say that they have built upto 3m rise.
Is this a safe deal?
How much does the price change from tender stage to contract signing stage to thereafter even though we sign a fixed price contract? We are going with Thornton office.
Is now a good time to start building now?
Are people generally happy with Eden Brae Homes? I am reading both positive and negative reviews. Need some info to make a decision from this forum..
Would it have been a safer deal if they were asked to put their standard design on a flat block of land w/o any changes?
