Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 02, 2024 7:30 pm Hi, We are looking for a builder that can build a small home (smaller length) on a sloping site. We came across Mojo's Zephyr design 10.6 m wide and 11.5 m length. Does anyone have experience with Mojo building on sloping sites where they alter design to suit sloping blocks? There needs to be at least one split as the slope is 1 m rise in 9m legnth. We're closest to Thornton, so it will probably be a build with Thornton staff. Thanks in advance! Re: Any feedback on Mojo builds on sloping sites and in Thor 3Jun 12, 2024 8:41 am Not yet, still in pre-construction stage. They didn't want to do a split, instead they are cutting the block and asked us to put up a retaining wall to hold the cut. Make sure you budget around $400-500/sqm for the retaining wall Cheers Simeon Architectural Homes & Duplexes - specialising in custom designing homes to your budget Get a Free Onsite Consultation Today or send a PM for information, questions or advice. 1 26843 Hi all, We are considering Enigma 46 from Mojo Homes in Gables, NSW.
