Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Full Brick Double Storey 38Sq House Price Estimated? 2Mar 28, 2024 12:10 pm Kristy B Hi All, We are currently in the early stage of a knock down rebuilt. We obtained quotes from major builders for a brick veneer house. But we would like to know how much it costs now to build a full brick with concrete slab for a double storey house approx. 38 sq. If anyone has similar projects in the last 6 months that could share your experience would be great. We would like to know how much more expensive it is compared with normal build and whether it worth to go through the whole process of obtaining a tender. Many thanks, Hi Kristy Around $1.7-1.8m or around $4,600/sqm. if you PM me your email I will send you a break up in a spreadsheet so you can get an understanding of the costs for each category.
