However, he has managed to get building insurance through another Sydney Company. How is it possible that another company insured him despite VMIA's refusal due to high risk? His history of incomplete and highly defective work seems to suggest that he would be a danger to the public. Wouldn't the new Insurer still have the same underwriter as VMIA?
