White sand for mortar

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows if this looks like the correct sand for white sand mortar. It is being mixed with Brightonlite off-white cement.

Yellow sand can often make th eoffwhite mortar look Yellow. There are many examples of this. Its an argument the the owner often loses. Good luck
