Hi,
I am looking for a reliable, fixed price custom builder who will take out plan and help us build a small 4/2/2 house. Land has a slope 1/5 and most project home designs are unsuitable for the land. It also has BAL rating 29. We are planning a two-storey 14 m x 8 m house. We may as well do the DA approval ourselves.
Anyone has any recommendation for a custom builder who will not cost an arm and a leg?
