Where a builder has gone belly up, the certifier passes the file and any and all certificates and inspection results over to the council. These jobs are normally the jobs council must undertake further inspections. This is due to most insurance policies issued to certifiers excluding them from taking on a job started by a different certifier. We are Expert Consultant's, and we are here to help.
