Hello everyone, newbie here.
We have a new house under construction in VIC, roof plumber has completed their services and we are left with these rainheads right next to the front door. Roof plumber says they are compliant , however they really do not look very nice. Please let me know if these are supposed to look like this? TIA!

Hard to tell from the photo if it complies but it looks to be thereabouts. The gutter's drain outlet is slanted sideways which isn't aesthetically pleasing. 3in1 Supadiverta.
