Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 31, 2024 2:55 pm Hi all, I am currently building through Simmonds and stuck deciding on my exterior cement roof titles and brick colours. The front and fascade of the house is a pretty standard all brick design. The overall look I am going for is something on the lighter natural side. I have narrowed my options to the following: Roofing: Monier Autra - Babylon or Salt Spray Bricks: PGH Connoisseur - Granita or Panna Cotta Babylon being a more grey/blue while salt spray is very much white. The interior colour pallet is very much Scandinavian, with alot of natural tones - white, grey, beige. My main focus is for it to be aesthetically appealing, both for my appeal and resell. As for the other colours. I have just selected the following, but are open to any suggestions to contrast certain colours above. Render: Soft Features Meter Box, FC Sheeting, Posts, Downpipes: Dover White Windows, Frames: Pearl White Colorbond Gutter, Fascia, Roof Ventilation, Flashing: TBC Would anyone have any suggestions on which colour combination too choose, or even have photos of there own homes that may have a similar colour pallete?
