Wondering if anyone can give me some advice re: what to do, who to engage, costs, challenges, time required to pursue building a duplex on my property that is 1610m2 in Kuringai council where min lot size on my street is 930m2. I would like to live in 1 and have the other side of duplex for my kid and his family.
We have a 24m frontage and its slopes downwards at the back such that a trilevel is possible.
