We have been on an arduous journey with our new home build but things seem to start moving into the next phase since the concrete waffle pods were done in August (2023). The concrete is obviously well cured but also exposed for 100+ days. Concrete used was 32mpa and see very minor cracks where the drain pipes are connected. We also have in-slab hydronic heating pipes installed.
Do you see the need for any precautionary steps or things we need to do before the steel posts get installed?
