We have purchased an irregular block of over 500sqm out near Melton and have a matching irregular floorplan in mind to make the most out of the lot. Currently looking into a few builders who can accommodate a custom floor plan and not blow the budget completely. Ridgewater Homes and Omnia appear as the leading options - are there any others worth considering?

TIA Hi Jim, We researched alot of custom/semi custom builders around and finally signed up with Ridgewater Homes. Ultimately it comes down to budget and trust when you work on a custom plan. Our extended family has built with them we have a first hand experience the service and quality of the build is really good. We are going 100% custom floor plan (46sq) and facade. Signed up last Oct and our process has been just great. It's important you get the right sales rep to help you with the process (we were referred), there might be a few that are not experienced enough to handle a full custom build. Our project was transferred to a more qualified experienced rep before signing up. I found them easy to work with. The Quality of home was the deciding factor for me. Solid Supervisor who knows his stuff. It was between them and Carlisle for me.
